Do you have a complaint?

It is important to us that you are satisfied with how the A Warm Heart foundation works. But of course it can always happen that you have a complaint about something. In any case, please do not linger about it and please contact us. We like to learn from your feedback because it allows us to improve the way we work. 

One way to submit your complaint is by sending an E-MAIL but you can also fill in the CONTACT FORM on the contact page. You will then hear from us as soon as possible. 
We will of course investigate your complaint carefully and do everything within our power to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.
