SOMETIMES SOMETHING HAPPENS IN THE WORLD THAT TOUCHES YOU
That makes you feel: I want to do something about this.
From that feeling, A Warm Heart Foundation was born in May 2023 - a foundation established by Annemieke Koldenhof - motivated by love, connection, and a deep desire to do something for the world. Not something big and sweeping, but something close by, on a human level. With sincere attention and inspiration.
A Warm Heart has grown since then: three new team members have joined, each bringing their own heartbeat. And together, our hearts beat stronger than ever before.
We believe in the power of small initiatives with a big heart. Initiatives that really touch people. A Warm Heart supports these projects not only financially, but also with visibility, materials, manpower, and above all: dedication. Everything we do, we do out of reciprocity—giving and learning, helping and listening.
Our first project, which we still support with all our heart, is Way to Health in Ukraine — a place where war victims can recover free of charge. A safe haven in a torn world. And there is room for more. In the future, we will also support other heartwarming initiatives — always with people and their stories at the center.
We believe in inspiration. In reciprocity. In giving without judgment and receiving with gratitude. That is why our foundation is a non-profit organization. At least 90% of all donations go directly to the cause. We believe it is important that you know where your contribution is going. Transparency, trust, and connection are our core values.
Would you like to know what we stand for, who we are, or how you can get involved? Take a look at the frequently asked questions, or feel free to send Annemieke a message. She will be happy to tell you more about A Warm Heart and Way to Health, and why your support is so vital right now.
We hope you will join our warm heart. Because together we are stronger.
